Cynthia Leffler, CPA, Accounting and Tax Manager

22 years experience - CPA firms and private enterprise;
Extensive hands on experience with accounting and tax issues concerning various complex entities;

Partner at a CPA firm in Southern California that included managing audits;

Manager in an audit firm. Duties included planning, implementation, supervision and review of audits of financial statements, planning and conducting consultation engagements and personally preparing or reviewing 95% of tax returns provided for the audit clients.
